Which games?
3D software rendering should work, but DX/OpenGL? Depends.
i386 16 ⇒ i486 DX4 100 ⇒ Pentium MMX 200 ⇒ Athlon Pluto 700 ⇒ AthlonXP 1700+ ⇒ Opteron 165 ⇒ Dual Opteron 856
That is an original Matrox Millennium (not Millennium II or Millennium G200). 3D support in games is limited.
One 3D accelerated game that works with it is Nascar Racing. Not the regular release - you need to find the NASCAR Racing Compilation release.
ETA: I think Mechwarrior 2 also has 3D accelerated graphics with the Millennium, but not certain.
Is this too much voodoo?
Tried games like tomb raider 2 , croc , fifa 98

Tried all dx versions not help
Errius is right. MW2 should work if the version of it checks out. There was even a bundle:
i386 16 ⇒ i486 DX4 100 ⇒ Pentium MMX 200 ⇒ Athlon Pluto 700 ⇒ AthlonXP 1700+ ⇒ Opteron 165 ⇒ Dual Opteron 856
i expect more games work with that so this card sucks...
Also im curious about right driver i us wrong driver cause this?
For 3D, pretty much. A Millennium G200 will give you much better support. The PCI cards are hard to find nowadays though.
It's a very nice card for 2D Windows programs though. I have it (or the Millennium II) in several of my old rigs.
ETA: Here is the Matrox drivers page. (Scroll to bottom for your card): https://video.matrox.com/en/apps/drivers/grap … previous/legacy
There are drivers for Windows 98, ME, NT4, 2000, and XP.

With "2d windows programs" Did you mean games like rayman, jazz jackrabbit
Those are 2D DOS games I believe. The Millennium should be fine for games like that.

Can you suggest 2d games for this card
Pretty much every DOS game will work. Some games don't like the Millennium though. e.g. I couldn't get Dawn Patrol (1994) to run in high res mode on my system. Commander Keen 4/5/6 is also notorious for jerky scrolling with some cards, though I haven't tested it with the Millennium.
Windows games released up to about 1996 will also work. Newer games will need a better card.
Aside from the games mentioned in previous posts, 3D games will run in software mode. You won't get accelerated 3D graphics. This means your CPU matters a lot. High resolutions (e.g. 1024x768 XGA) will be very slow unless you have a fast CPU.
Games I have tested successfully with the Millennium or Millennium II include: Terminal Velocity, Alien Odyssey, Quake, Witchaven I & II, Tomb Raider I, Descent, Warcraft I & II, Flying Corps, Star Wars: Dark Forces, Virtual Pool, Worms, Earth 2140, Command and Conquer, and Heretic/Hexen

DOS SVGA/VESA games tend to have palette issues on Matrox cards (not just the millennium)

Mystique != Millennium
Mystique was later (1996) and actually had MSI and Direct3D support to accelerate some games
My bad, I missed the first character marking on the main chip. 2064 vs 1064. 😐

OG Millennium can accelerate Direct3D games... but without textures.
I must be some kind of standard: the anonymous gangbanger of the 21st century.
