There are a some of questions about it:
1. Does it need a special driver for the CD-ROM? If you insert a disk into the drive, the access LED lights up, but the hub does not seem to spin up (you can’t hear it), it says “the drive is not ready”. Dead and need a replacement? Or is there a chance to restore it? There is a series of jumpers on top S0-S7. Maybe it's not set correctly? Interestingly, the CD-ROM connector is practically a copy of the IDE 44 pin for 2.5" drives. Can anyone share their experience in repairing or replacing the drive?
2. Does anyone have a photo of the memory module. Judging by the manual, 3 Volt non-EDO memory is required. I tried two different modules for 5 and 3 volts for 16 MB, but the laptop sees only 4 MB of them. What could be the problem?

1. I never got the CD drive to work. Always assumed mine was broken in some way. Same symptoms as you describe. No drivers work.
2. I might be able to get that for you at some point but right now my 365CD is in storage.
