I'm French and I've come here to get more precise information on repairing a Goupil G40 SMT.
Here are the problems I'm having:
- the Intel 80286 processor at 8 MHz is blocked by a permanent reset. (However, components with a reset pin are not affected by this permanent reset).
- processor CAP pin is set to -3.3V.
- the RESETDRV pin on the ISA ports is enabled
- the clock seems to oscillate well (but I don't have a powerful oscilloscope to be sure)
- all tantalum capacitors have been replaced
- all components are powered normally
