I have VB-609 motherboard like in this link:

When I try to use it on my post card I see: 00, then d1 and then motherboard is resetting and everthing is starting from the beginning.
I tried with all my known good CPUs and RAM modules. I also desoldered 2 or 3 capacitors close to CPU but they are ok (measured on cheap tester) and there is no leakage. All MOSFETs are also ok. What else can I do?
I didn't try other BIOS because chip i soldered to PCB so this must to wait until I will have access to hot air.
