Don't know if this is the right place to ask this, but i'm trying to repair an old LCD game which had some detached cables and bad soldering. Sadly there's no wiring manual for these kind of cheap chinese knockoffs and so i went via guessing through a working one which seemed to have the same configuration. No luck at making it work again. I'm sure i have soldered some cables in the wrong places, so i hope someone here can help me.

That small signal transistor serves as a speaker driver, you need to connect the long blue wire coming from the transistor to the speaker and the short blue wire coming from the battery terminal to the board's positive power supply pad (most likely where the other end of the long blue wire was connected).

But i have another question. The green one has a broken speaker and i have to replace it. Is it possible to find a new speaker on Amazon or Ebay with the same dimensions and construction, or do i have to take it from another similar LCD game?

Check DigiKey. Digikey's online chat has helped me on numerous occasions find the part I need. I also keep Temu in my search arsenal as they tend to have very competitive pricing.
