I would help if the video you've tried to attach actually worked. Upload it somewhere maybe?
If the noise you refer to is squeaking then it's probably something rubbing in the spindle clamp, a common issue with many drives. Lubrication helps but you can't just put a drop of oil there and hope it'll go away. Clean, fresh grease should do the trick, silicone grease will also work. Keep in mind you might have to remove tha clamping arm and then the circlip to free the assembly and take it apart to properly apply new grease. Obviously it's a great opportunity to also clean everything first. Pay attention to any small springs and shims that are in there, these are important. And do not contaminate with lubricant those parts that come into contact with the floppy, that also means don't overdo it with the amount of grease.
On one particular drive (some old 5.25", can't remember the exact model now) I had to resort to graphite grease (note, grease, not dry graphite) because nothing else worked. Don't know if it's due to wear or design but considering the residue I've cleaned out of there I'd say it was using that kind of lubricant before. At least I've never seen a normal grease turn so black in otherwise just a dusty drive.
