I've chose a Silverstone Air Blazer 120R, since they have A-RGB and a fairly high static pressure, and that's really matter for a fan choice in a watercooling system.

How is this build going? I am planning to do something similar to my Pentium 4 build.

I have to do some repair work and updates to my P4 motherboard so taking the plunge, actually found a proper P4 water block and retaining clip, but also a northbridge cooler, so thinking why not cool that as well, annoyingly the clips for the passive cooler are in different locations to the water block retention clips.

They are just soldered to the motherboard and there is locations on the motherboard to relocate, but thinking might be worth just getting a few more, problem is does anyone know where to get these, or their proper component name?

Not had much luck search the internet for these particular types of component, but getting close if I can find a suitable size.

Got my water block now from Ali Express, they are okay but I really want to secure it to the motherboard a little better, so had a change of plan. Found one of the those 'universal' water blocks on a popular auction site, but it is mainly made out of acrylic, so thinking I can drill and cut that to shape for a Pentium 4 socket without to many issues. Then can be confident it is secure and in place.

Not my best work with acrylic, but works nicely I think, now to crack on with the rest of the build.

Okay, got it all together, paid a bit more for G1/4 fittings for standardisation if I want to swap out parts, and also as I changed my mind from the AliExpress cooling block shown at the beginning. Idle temps are around 31 degrees C. Problem I have got is I squeezed it into MasterBox E500L case (as that is what the original motherboard was in and fits in the desk), the panel of that is not the best for airflow, so with everything back together the temperature increases approx. by 2 degrees C. Done a few simple benchmarks and temperature only goes up to 35 degrees C at most, need to find a slightly more CPU pushing benchmark tool.

Budget wise will have to add up the totals, but guessing slightly more than the original post that got me into this! Would like to know had that full AliExpress build is going.

Oh, just for fun, seem to have lost my PS2 mouse which I keep on my workbench, so dug this one out of storage, even has a ball instead of laser!

Anyone recommend some good CPU stress software for Windows 98, using Prime 95? Doing a full stress test and CPU temp is only going up to 36 degrees C, that just seems to good to be true. Might tinker with the limited frequency options in the BIOS and push it that way.
