Anyone know what may be causing this? Maybe something as simple as a corrupt BIOS?
I had something similar recently. The tseng card didnt like getting paired with my multi-io card or the Bios on the card has some sort of conflict with the bios on my multi-io card.

Thanks for that. I’ve now tried the card on multiple motherboards but unfortunately the same issue on all 🙁
I’ve found the issue. It was one of the OKI memory chips in a socket causing the issue. Model is M514256A-80R. I grabbed some replacement chips from https://www.aliexpress.com/item/4000421427507.html
The card is working perfectly now.
