Hi,

I have the following motherboard:
https://theretroweb.com/motherboards/s/winco-w-p55tv2

I've tried hard but have failed to find any manual on how to set the jumpers.

I can see there are 7 jumpers around the CPU: JX1 and JX2, which I believe are the multipliers; JF1 and JF2, which might be for frequency setting; and JV1, JV2, and JV3, probably for the CPU voltage.

The big question is how to set them correctly. Is there any logic that I can follow? I have a simple DMM that can measure voltage but not high frequency.

The biggest question is: does anyone have a copy of the manual?

Many thanks in advance.

JF1 and JF2 are describerd in the little box north-west of the jumpers.
First question: What CPU are you going to use?

Then set the frequency accordingly, for example 66MHz for a Pentium 133, 200, 233...
The multiplier settings (JX1 and JX2) can be found by trial and error once the system starts.

JV5 is probably for I/O voltage. In most cases set JV5 for 3.3V (heatsink of the bottom transiator)
JV1-4 seem to be for core voltage. (heatsink of the transistor next to the CPU socket)

Your DMM is good enough here, it´s just DC voltages.

Oh wow, i totally missed that table, did not expect it to be there. Regarding CPU i'd start with P150, so now i know that JF1 must be open and JF2 must be closed in order to set the freq. to 60Hz. As you said i can figure out the multiplier by trial and error. So all what's left now are the voltages - so maybe fiddling with the jumpers and checking VCC2 and 3 with multimeter should do the trick? Thanks
