This one is not 435/436 but also CHIPS. And like PA-WTEGA it has the cinch/RCA connectors and DIP on the back of the card. What is the video connector, 9 pin or 15 pin type? Considering the extra clock generators it could be some early VGA. Or perhaps EGA but capable of working with analog VGA monitor.

Well, I'd write down current DIP settings and try the same combinations that PA-WTEGA uses. There is a good chance some of it will work. But I have no idea what card this is.

EDIT: If you can get it to show something usable on the screen please dump the ROM. You can use NSSI for example, it has a menu option for that. Can't remember now if DOS debug can write to files, I think it can so that's also an option (but more complicated to use).

Its have 9 pin connector.
On the picture,its the original DIP settings.
I tried the same DIP settings what i used on the other card,sadly it had no result.

PEGA...doesn't that stand for Paradise EGA?

I'm not sure if Paradise had so many different cards made, or if many of those are clones that ride on brand recognition. I didn't spend too much time on it but I couldn't find any PEGAs with 4 clock sources, some have 3 but different values. And of all claimed "PEGA" cards I've seen just one other that uses PC CHIPS.

If it's of any value I found Genoa GN006001-A that uses 28.824MHz clock. This value seems unusual for EGAs. But that's it.
