Hey i have a problem i have installed driver for sound card but i only hear sound but no music from doom 2 even though that i already have set sound and music to sound blaster or general midi from setup.exe does anyone know how to fix this?

And if I assume you run pure MSDOS here and the DIAGNOSE.EXE you got with the DOS drivers plays both digitized sounds and music, am I correct?

Remove the previously installed drivers and install this one.

I have installed the driver you sent me and it's not working now there's no sound and music in doom 2 only sound was working before in doom 2 on previous sound driver

A proper Sound Blaster PCI 128 driver install should have DOS drivers located in C:\PROGRA~1\CREATIVE\AUDIO\DOSDRV and set a SBPCI variable for that path (along with BLASTER)

From MS-DOS mode, type in
%SBPCI%\SBINIT

and it should initialize the card for use in DOS games.

I don't know how do to that i don't have much experience with this but here is my config.sys and autoexec.bat current configs look attachments
