(Yes, I know it isn't really secret... but you do have to dig to find this stuff.)
So, this is really cool. A while back I posted this thread when Newegg changed something on their account pages and it appeared that my order history dating back to 2001 had been wiped out. Thankfully, I later found that if you go to your order page and simply search for * it will show everything you've ever bought from them (even canceled orders) with that account. I recommend doing this... it's super cool to see.
Today I was going through some old parts and found my old K7S5A... the first thing I ever bought from newegg. I was curious as to when that was so I dug up the invoice. Then I found the invoice for my eVGA Ti 4400. While looking at that, I thought about how these product pages still exist so there are probably tons of interesting old parts still listed if you just change a digit or two in the item number...

Sure enough, it works! There are likely tens of thousands of pictures of parts that may not exist anywhere outside of these product pages. I would hate to load up their server by scraping these pages but it would be amazing to archive them somehow. Most do not have product information or even titles since the old formatting was probably lost long ago and only the images and product reviews remain.
Anyway, I thought it'd be cool to post lists of items from your old invoices. Obviously, don't post your invoices, but maybe post the item links and the prices you paid at the time.
To start... my first newegg order contained a K7S5A, Athlon 1333Mhz Thunderbird CPU in retail box (wish I still had that box...) and of all things a Mitsumi 1.44MB floppy drive. Grand total for the order was under $190. Sounds like a smoking deal for such a powerful system in December of 2001. Also... there was no sales tax. Such different times. 🤣

... also, I paid around $245 for the eVGA Ti 4400 in May of 2002. I know that money was worth more back then, but it's still kind of crazy to think you could get almost top of the line GPU performance for under $250 just a few months after the card was released.
