For 2 days, I've been trying to get USBUHCI to load high in FreeDOS 1.3, but no matter what the fuck I do, it refuses to do so.

I have Jemmex loaded, so I have EMS and XMS. DOS=UMB,HIGH, so that's fine... so what gives? Why won't this load high matter what? The LH command doesn't work either.
