It is about a 478-pin laptop cpu T7250.

It is a dual-core cpu listed as 2ghz.

I want to know if it is possible to force it into single-core mode by a pin hack?
(not through software or OS)

Also, though listed as 2ghz, it runs at 2.2ghz boosted and gradually slows down to 1.2ghz as it gets hot.
Can I prevent the throttling using a pin hack?
