I do L3 support in Canada and the accounting office on the floors above us, in our building, are moving out.

I "saved" these 6x thin clients just by asking if I could have them (but not the DOMs, they had already been taken by their own IT ppl.)

Looked them up, here they are:

Note: no isa, pci (1x mini pci-e), "non-sb" sound, no game port ... but pretty speedy (1ghz)

HP T5570 (all were 4gb ram)

- VIA Nano u3500 @ 1Ghz. Features/flags: see, https://www.parkytowers.me.uk/thin/hp/t5570/

- 1x standard 44-pin IDE connector, ATA133, 2x device support (FLASH DOM default goes here)
- 44-pin IDE supports: “44-pin to 40-pin IDE Adapter Converter Cable w/Molex Power (I was able to Run a Master/Slave setup with HDD+ODD)

SBEMU compatibility reports list reports, #36: 2023-03-30 HP T5570T VX900 by stamasd Re: SBEMU: Sound Blaster emulation on AC97: (I have not personally tested)
- “[..] load SBEMU [..] It specifically wants the /i7 parameter to work. When loaded as "SBEMU /i7" it installs itself successfully.“
- “Also the sound volume in all of the games that worked was adequate.”

Test (1 unit only):
Boots off usb, no internal floppy port (but com, ltp1 and usb floppies should work, I dont have one handy to test, other than a usb "sony floppy disk camera")
- Drive adaptors (both on motherboard and on drive connectors) seem to be seen/function "invisibly"
- 120gb IDE HDD + 128gb SSD, 4GB RAM. Installed PC-DOS 7.1 Rev0 BLD134 fine
- Installed Windows 98SE > EDIT = bad > further testing shows I can not locate drivers
- Install Windows 7 + XP mode = fine (8gb test also fine in Win7 x64) - minimal test
- Install Windows 10 (Rufus) = fine (8gb test also fine) - minimal test
- Install Windows 11 (Rufus) = fine 8gb test also fine) - minimal test
