I got 386 DX with 2mb ram and sometimes in first start (after turn off) it may stuck on WAIT.... forever. After reset, everything working fine.

I wonder what are your mem sticks, I've only seen 256KB, 1MB and 4MB sticks, they're all 8-bit and 368 DX needs them in groups of 4 to make 32 bits. Are you sure your cpu is not SX?
my mem sticks are 256kb goldstart 4 bit 2 banks.

8x 256KB makes 2MB. So it's all good.

Waited more than 10 minutes, no error pops up
i found out that if i wait 1-5 minutes after turn off it starts fine but after 10-30 mins it stops on wait
