This has been bothering me for over 20 years.

in 2001, my then best friend receive a pc P3 800 or 850 or 866mhz.
Another friend received a Duron 900 mhz at the end of 2001.
In June 2002, two of my friends received a computer from their parents. Celeron 1200MHz and Athlon 1ghz.
These four friends of mine were arguing with each other about who had the best PC.

A friend with P3 thought his Pentium 3 was more efficient than the 1ghz Athlon and 1.2ghz Celeron.
A friend with Celeron 1.2 argued that his processor has the fastest clock speed.

Which one was better?
