It looks like the DFMod folks are calling it quits and releasing what they have done up to this point. The demo has the first 6 missions from the classic Dark Forces DOS game re-made for the Jedi Academy Q3TA game engine.

Looks rather nice, IMO, and is obviously made by people who knew the original game well. Some of this mod looks a good bit better than JA itself. A few bugs but definitely worth a look if you are a DF fan.
