Thank you. Ok, this slotket was produced by Soyo and marketed by Soyo and PCchips. The production date is somewhere around june/july 1999. Pentium 3 cpu's with fsb 133 were launched in october of the same year and my suspicion is that these slotkets were not, or not under all circumstances, capable of running cpu's with fsb 133. In my data collection I came across a review that included the predecessing 1.3 revision of this slotket and that one was not able to run reliable at even fsb 100. Before you start digging a rabbithole around a possible flaw in your motherboard or other components I would advise to try a later slotket (and from another brand) than this one.
