now that I have some spare time, I wanted to put a K6-3+ 400Mhz on my Asus P5A (Rev 1.03).

BUT: it is stuck in Post-code C0 and doing nothing.
K6-2 400Mhz no problem, K6 200Mhz also no problem.
Board is fine and stable with the K6-2.

The Bios is the latest 1011.005 Beta and the K6-3+ posts on a Shuttle HOT-597 (which needs a recap).

What could be the problem?
