So I have this Wheel, is amazing and I love it, play all kinds of games with FF on Windows 98

On WinXP is another story, it´s common knowledge that the Wheel can be installed with version 4.0 of the Microsoft drivers under WinXP (which are made specially for USB Sidewinder devices I believe), the Control Panel even works (if you disable DEP - Data Execution Prevention, even the Recorder Tab will work)

The Control Panel even lets you test the Forces, but I have tested some games back to back to Windows 98, since like many of you I have several machines running. NFS III Hot Pursuit and NFS HP2 are the games I tested and they both lose the ability to output Force Feedback when you play them on XP, they detect the wheel OK and you can drive/play but no Feedback. The only Force that seems to work on NFS HP2 is when you crash your car really hard.

Is there really no fix for the Forces on XP? Has anyone gotten them to work? I find it strange that it works but not the Forces. This wheel is could be amazing for early era XP games.
