On pictures these printers look the same. Can't find information what is the difference.

The main question is can I use cartridge marked as Epson SIDM Black Ribbon Cartridge for LQ-350/300/+/+II (C13S015633) for Epson LX-300+ II?

On some sites in the internet they sell something like: LQ 300/LX 300 Ribbon COMPATIBLE. So I am confused.

If it's physically the same chassis and just a different print head then I'd assume the LQ one would work in the LX too. Is it possible a ribbon specifically for the LX could be lower quality?

That would be my thought. Possibly targetted the LX at higher speed bulk printing, so maybe had a thinner ribbon, that they got 100s of feet in the cartridge, whereas the LQ, letter quality, had a blacker more dense ink and a denser weave ribbon, so that it looked almost as good as daisywheel for document printing. As the product aged in the market the LQ maybe became the cheap but not too bad option, then they maybe made a "does for both" middle ground ribbon.
