Hello-
I fired up my Compaq 386/25 today using the Compaq Diagnostics 256K RAM Version 8.00 Rev B 012792 3.5 floppy disk

Figured I was going to be good to go when the machine fired up nicely. Inserted the floppy which the drive read - got to the screen where the three choices are available:

1 Setup
2 Inspect
3 Test

Regardless of the choice made, i receive the following error message:

Program too big to fit in memory
Press any key to continue

Which brings me back to the page with the three choices mentioned above.

Any thoughts appreciated 😀
