Folks,
i've recently obtained this mobo for almost no money:

First attempt to start it totally failed - the board did not even bother to make any beeps, it was completely silent. Since this was supposed to be an almost full-auto board, ie. no jumpers, i thought it was dead as there was not much to mess around on it. Then i noticed two jumpers which (according to manual) are supposed to set FSB. When they were both set to 2-3 the board was supposed to auto-detect correct FSB. So I removed those jumpers completely and suddenly the board started to work - not much though - it froze after it displayed the QDI logo. So i set the FSB to 100Mhz and suddenly i was able to at least get to bios before it all froze again. Further reducing the speed to 66MHz meant that I was able to get to Windows even though only for a while before it froze.
Do i assume correctly that it's most likely the capacitors which are failing here? They don't have any visible damage to them like bulging or leaking which makes me think the electrolyte is dried out or something...
Btw - tested with multiple known good CPUs, RAM sticks and PSUs.
Thanks.
