Alright. I've got the whole thing cleaned, test power supply added and all the cards removed (ex. video).

It booted right up, POST'd and went to NO OS. Mmmkay... I put my test drive in and booted again, right into Windows. Removed the Riva128 and put in GF2MX for testing. Working well so far, adding a ISA sound card.

Maybe the leaky caps kept it from booting? Maybe it was the 2008 PSU? Kinda wish I would've seen it's behavior before cleaning it up. I'll continue playing with it for now, see if anything happens.

So I tried installing an Opti 931 I had, but it stopped the system from POSTing, means it dead? Or it has a short? I wouldn't mind trying to fix it, but wouldn't know where to start...

Next up was the Opti 925. It booted and Windows actually detected it/installed it. It works in most things, but I have concerns. The output is really quiet for starters. It has an "out" and "Spk". Out does nothing, Spk has sound, but seems quiet. Aren't they both supposed to have sound, one just through the little UTC2025? I finally got it working in Duke3d, but the sound is CRAP. Choppy skippy, overdriven sounding, etc. Does anyone know if it is supposed to do that? (I remember some cards just being crap like that) I want to guess a recap could fix it, but a second opinion would help.
