Hi i have MB468 A1 motherboard but that motherboard doesnt have fdd controller (and no rs232, lpt ports). I plug to isa port external controller with fdd hdd and io ports. - PT 1227w v2 but the bios still get floppy C0 error

The floppy drive must be set to drive-0. And what about the HDD? Is it working?

Drive-0? Motherboard have a internal hdd controller i dont tested that now but maybe they work?

Disable the on-board IDE and try again. Also, you should mod the clock chip or add a modern clock chip like the Necroware's nwX287.

This clock is work (good battery). I disabled the hdd from isa. I need only fdd

Ok. When i shutdown the internal hdd controller its do nothing. I have C0 error. When i turn off floppy in bios the error doenst appear but next i stop on „disk boot failure instert disk and press enter”. Of course floppy drive do nothing

You either have to disable the on-board IDE controller or disable the IDE portion of the I/O card.

I tried all this. First disable the hdd controller on isa card. Today i disabled hdd on motherboard but that do nothing. Bios still dont see the fdd isa controller

Well, are you sure the card is in working condition? Have you considered buying a new floppy drive controller?
