I have a small problem. When i switch on power button the pc start correctly. No errors. But when i reset via ctrl alt del or when i exit from bios the pc wont turn on again. Just black screen. I need switch off and on. I have s3 virge vga

Flash the BIOS. There is a jumper on the board for selecting between 5 and 12V, you have to set the jumper to 12V. But like I said before, it's better if you change the RTC module.

I concur with @dominusprog that you have a bad Dallas/Odin RTC battery. The Dallas replacement you are looking for is the DS1287. Edit: I see dominus has already listed in the nwX287. Great minds think alike, haha.

I have odin with external battery mod (Cr2032 bat soldered to chip). Its looks like works fine - bios save the parameters

But ok i have another rtc chip in second motherboard (socket7). And that motherboard is good

I replaced rtc chip but nothing happens. Still wont turn on after soft reset

Ok! Main update. When i reset the pc the motherboard works fine (i hear a fdd check and led lights) but i have black screen its looks like graphic card wont turn on

Update:
When i press Reset button, the graphic card shutoff (monitor switch off) but that's it. The video singal doesn't start.
