Main issue with the card is that it does not recognize that the molex power cable is connected to it. It only outputs image with text telling me to connect a power cable to it. If anyone has any ideas what could cause this it would be nice.
Also if anyone happens to have high resolution pictures of the board of the gpu I would like to use them to compare to mine if any components that are supposed to be there are missing so having them might help.

I thought it was a long shot because as far as I know it is bit of a rare gpu, but it is also because it seems bit rare that I thought it might be worth trying to fix if it is something simple as a missing component before recycling, but there are so many unpopulated spots on the board so I would not notice if something is missing that is supposed to be there.

I had the same issue with my X850 Pro.

The issue turned out to be a blown transistor on the front of the board towards the upper left side of the GPU. There's a small cluster of transistors and one of them was visibly burnt on my card.

Measuring from the transistor to the 12V connector there was continuity, so I knew it was part of the 12V circuit but all legs of the transistor were shorted, so a fairly easy diagnosis in my case.

Have you removed the cooler and checked for visible damage or burnt components on your card?

Your board probably has a different design. Can you post a high resolution pic of your card with the cooler removed?

Cooler is removed. I have not gone through really close inspections yet because I was hoping to find picture to compare to before doing it. I dont see any corrosion in pads around capacitors that would indicate leak at least and I dont see any bigger scratches on the board but I cant say if something has knocked off any components without comparison picture. I can try to take as good picture as my phone can take.

Here is couple of pictures. Sorry but my phone does not seem to want to take perfectly clear pictures.

Your board looks the same as my card.

In my case, the faulty component was Q20. (Slightly to the left of the top left corner of the core)

I don’t know what the issue might be in your case. You will need to trace from the molex connector and look for issues.

It doesn’t look like any components are missing
