I'm need to replace a broken SMD transistor on this socket 462 board that I'm working on.
I'm assuming it's the same one that sits right next to it (near the IDE sockets).
It reads 702p, with the p lying on its side.
Does anyone know what the full name of this transistor is and what kind of modern day equivalent I could get to replace it?

By the marking and the surrounding passive parts these are sot23 package fets: 2n7002 .
These are considered jellybean parts and should be widely available.
Most likely used for switching in this topology. Good thing it's just physical damage and not something caused by voltage transient or other malfunctions.

Thank you!
I suspect it is responsible for the board not recognising devices on IDE channel 2 at all, and no slave jumpered drives on channel 1.
