The hardware looks pretty unremarkable - a 486 board with VLSI chipset and WDC90C33 VGA (with pretty crap Music MU9C4910V-90DC DAC, 800x600 max).
Your pics aren't good enough to see what/how much RAM is in there (I'd guess 2x 8MB FP given the POST screen detects 16MB) or what hard disk controller (probably generic IDE), but there's nothing at all exotic visible.
What OS are you looking for drivers for? This is a decent DOS system and it doesn't need any drivers to work under DOS (unless it has SCSI, in which case we really need a good pic of the other half of the motherboard). In any case there's no HDD in there now, so you'd need to add that in any case.
What is very interesting is that BIOS, which looks pretty unique to me.
