Hello everyone!

I have a motherboard QDIP6V693A/A9 (Advance 9) from a friend that is not booting. Voltages on mosfets and on CPU pin are ok. I realize that the mosfet before clock generator chip is sending 1.0V insteed of 2.5 that is necessary for CPU clock to work. I Also found that cpu and system fan ground pin are connected to a mosfet (insteed of ground connection) near ram slots (fan is working great when the motherboard power on).

1) Does anyone have schematic for that motherboard?

2) The gate from mosfet near clock generator chip shows 0V. Where is this signal come from? Is it necessary to have voltage for the mosfet to that 1 to 2,5V???

3) Any opinion about the ground pin for cpu fan????

Any help will be useful!!
