HI , where can I get another one of these? It says K-201 on the back
Also I have no idea who to properly connect this one. It should have these plugged in.

Do you still need help with this one? I have just gone through setting mine up (same as yours) and worked things out.
Red/Black wire is power (Red is positive / Black is negative).
The three wire plug is Turbo (On/off).
Yellow wire is Turbo LED.
The setting up of numbers is similar to attached photo - you can work out which one is which easily. But the main principle is you have 4 positions in a shape of a T or outside down T.
- If you jump the vertical line - the position will always be on.
- If you jump left horizontal - the position will be on when turbo in On.
- If you jump right horizontal - the position will be on when turbo in Off.
- If you jump nothing - the position will always be off.
