HI all, I've had this error in the past and managed to fix it somehow but i dont remember . the error is
"ANXIETY cause an invalid page fault in module WAIL32.DLL at 0167:20008cff.

Its probably a sound driver issue?

the first machine I tried on is a pentium 1 233, with a sound blaster live 5.1 with a geforce2 400 , 2 voodoo 2 12 megs

the other machine is a pentium 3, 933 with sound blaster LIVE and a voodoo 3 2000,

both get the same error.

Ah yes, WAIL32.DLL/Miles Sound System, I remember that one started out with a good number of issues. Before blaming your cards' drivers (though I won't rule them out) I'd recommend trying it with newer (hopefully fixed and improved) versions of that dll. Off the top of my head, I know there's a sound fix for Earthworm Jim Special Edition that you could try.

Its been ages since I've been back here, but thanks for the info. I will try again very soon. I kind of gave up on it I had the game working numerous times before
