Here's the scoop: I modified my Sharp 13L-M100B to allow RGB video, which works great with my game consoles, except for one thing: my Bondwell B310 laptop.
The laptop lacks a composite output and I made an adapter to convert the H-sync and V-sync to C-sync using OR and XOR chips alike.
Unfortunately, when I try to play games on it or even use DOS, it won't output it at 60Hz at all and I cannot find any software to make it set to 60Hz on the fly since 99% of it requires a 386 or higher and my system is a 286.
Are there any programs or configurations for setting the frequency to 60Hz on the fly? The video chip is a Yamaha V6366C-F in case anyone is wondering.
