Hello,
i got this ISA controller because of the fact that the chipset is different then the usual variants.
Any idea about the maker and the jumper settings ( besides the obvious IRQ selection and even there you have 2 positions )?

I just can speak about the serial/paralel controller. It supports 16550 FIFO.
