There are many web search hits on these cards, showing the jumper info for at least two variants.

The card I have has JP1-JP12 down near the ISA bus conector, not the "5x6" set. The issue is that in that jumper field, all the doco says 1-2 vs 2-3 but neither the board silk screen nor the doco actually shows the pin numbers. As received, all the jumpers are in the "UP" position i.e. furthest from the ISA connector - but is this 1-2 or 2-3?

Yes I could stick it in the system and use trial and error, but I'd prefer the knowledge to be able to configure it before power-up as it's going to be impossible to reach in the slot.

Anyone know?

Like this version - except it shows H and L where mine has no marking for JP1-12.

For some reason I get the (same old) description and then a blank box instead of a graphic 🙁

Old description ? Yes the image did not get saved but does not matter because it says High and Low as does your picture.
There were many versions of same card with same layout and 12 jumpers and they all work and are jumpered the same whether they were silk screened or not.
To make it easy: use a micro felt pen and write: H, L, 1 thru 12 on your card same as your picture, then follow the webpage. It is not rocket science 😉

Apologies. I failed to see that the jumpering table at that link was headed H/L. Thanks for the info.
