Edit - Forget that, I can see the Write Back label on them .. they are fake cache so unless you have a coast module that will work in that board it has zero L2 cache, pretty much means itll be slow as shit compared to any other FX board with real cache.
Some will say this doesn't make it a bad board but there are a lot of people in the retro community that deal in copium and reality substitution.

No idea if that coast module is compatible but fire her up and use a cache benchmark to check if its working correctly. If its working then it'll be about as good as any other FX socket 7 board, 430FX wasn't amazing and the 430HX were the ones people wanted.
The two lower cache chips dont really look like they are even connected up to anything if you look at the traces, that's another way to tell fake from real cache.
