Hi Apollonios,

For 450MHz you need to set the Bus Clock at 75MHz and Multiplier at x6.
The SY-5XA(E) DIP-switch SW1 settings for this are:
1-1: on
1-2: off
1-3: off
1-4: on
1-5: off
1-6: off

The Core voltage settings are a lot less clearly documented.
Earlier in this thread, I believe muon got it right in its second table. So this should be the JP30 jumpers settings for lower Vcore CPUs:
2.0V: all jumper positions open
2.1V: 5-6 closed, all others open
2.2V: 3-4 closed, all others open
2.3V: 3-4 and 5-6 closed, all others open
2.4V: 7-8 closed, all others open
2.5V: 5-6 and 7-8 closed, all others open

The K6-2/450 comes in 2.2V and 2.4V versions. So check the required Vcore value on top of your CPU.

Please report back if this works okay.
Cheers, Jan

Many thanks Jan! At the moment I am quite happy with the Pentium MMX 233mhz, but will report back as soon as I have tested the k2 450!
