hi
I have a Victor 400N/C old computer who I did run windows 3.11 on
Now when I trying to start the machine I get bios errors
Is there somewhere some data on it regarding the bios and harddrive settings?

I couldn't see anything on the screen ... what "BIOS error" are you getting?
Typically the old system have BIOS failures because the battery to maintain
the CMOS BIOS settings RAM has died.
If you are lucky, it will be a little coin cell accessible through a cover on the bottom which you can just pop out and replace.
If you less-lucky it will be internal/soldered in and you will have to do more work.
If you are unlucky if will have leaked and possibly damaged things nearby.
You'll need find this battery (which may involve taking it apart) and post a pic of exactly what it is.
This all assuming this is the type of failure - more description of exactly how it failing and
any BIOS messages would help narrow it down.
