Hello all, I'm new here!
I wanted to get some information about an ATI engineering sample card I've obtained and was hoping you might be able to help.
I've read the forum posts already about the 2900xtx, but this what I have seems to be somewhat different?

The card has pcb number 102-B31302-00 and has the R600 chip. I have attached pictures of the card

The chip is (I think) dated 0731 and is version A13, as far as I understand. But what throws me off is the shroud is different from what's been shown online.

Thanks for your help!

It's a FireGL engineering sample, namely the FireGL V8600 1GB. The FGL in the part number next to R600 is the key.

ok, so i would assume this is one of the more recent versions of the "what was" the HD2900XTX?
while reading the posts from Feast of ATI / AMD HD2900XTX , it has the date code of 0731 and the same part number mentioned in this link - 215rgidka13fg. the post also goes on to mention that this was the successful version of the chip, but engineering samples went on until or around 0737. since this card was also not elegible for qualification, i assumed it would also be a very late version of the HD2900XTX, also considering its an ES, and is also still quite rare, i assume. i dont know
