Hi,
I have got the HP IGC20 TIGA Card and I am looking for the ACAD drivers.
It says, that Acad12 should work with any ADI 4.2 Driver for TIGA 2.0x.
Might anybody give me a hint, where to get this driver?
I have seen on photographs, that there is a TIGA CAD 2.1 disk included with the Texas Instruments TigaStar TIGA Card.
Maybe this driver could be compatible?

Thank you and many regards to all TIGA-friends!

Afair most TIGA boards I know did not use the TIGA programming interface for ACAD but proprietary card specific ACAD drivers.
Despite owning a TigaStar it is one of the few boards I did not find the drivers for yet.

E.g. my SPEA boards came with generic Tiga drivers, ACAD drivers and a Windows 3.x driver.
There might be generic TIGA drivers for ACAD, but you still need the card specific Tiga drivers for your board.

Some Tiga boards you might be able to find drivers for include
Elsa Gemini
Hercules Graphic Staion (gold)
Miro Tiger
Spea Graphiti Hilite
Spea Graphiti FGA
STB Powergraph
Artist Graphics XJS
Datapath Harlequin
Eizo MD-B12
Matrox PG1280
Number Nine GXiTC

I was able to find DOS and Windows drivers for the HP IGC20 and IGC10 here:
http://omolini.steptail.com/mirror/winsite/wi … ideo/index.html
Unluckily the file was stripped off the HP ADI 3.1 driver for AutoCAD 386 but still the Readme.1st says:
"For AutoCAD Release 12, use any of the third party ADI 4.2 drivers that support TIGA 2.0x."
So I hoped to get it running with ACAD in that way...

At least these have some ACAD files on the second disk.

The ADI drivers were part of the ACAD installation afair?
Too long since I installed such a system myself.

Thank you, now it seems that I have to reactivate my 5 1/4 HD-drive. 😄
@eisapc: on kleinanzeigen.de someone sells an untested TigaStar together with the disks as a "Tiga ML105".

You don't really need a 5 1/4 HD-drive...both the .exe downloads and the compressed .dsk files unpack as is with 7-Zip
