Hello, I have an ASUS A7V600-X that doesn't work (that's how I bought it). I installed ram and a processor, when I start it, the fans spin, the processor heats up, but there's no picture. I hear something barely perceptible like a noise for a second from the speaker. I want to hotflash the bios to see if it will fix it.
I have a 775i915PL-SATA2. I start uniflash, I change the chips, but when I try to flash the bios (a7v6x009.awd) all the squares are red except for the 2 in the middle. And a message comes up saying it was unsuccessful. Should I flash with bootlock? Where could the problem be?
I tried to flash the chip from the damaged motherboard with the bios from the working one (7515PLS1.40). All the squares were green and even the motherboard started with the other chip. So I think the chip is healthy.
I also tried afudos, but I'm not sure if it flashed the chip
