Hi all, I recently acquired this system from the recycling. I was wondering if anyone could give me some insight into who made the board?

(Also, Im assuming I should replace cmos battery before booting?)

I believe so, maybe due to earlier revision, it is soldered instead? Mine says its a Ver 1 instead of a Ver 3
