Unfortunately I don't have the skills, equipment or workshop to do that kind of woodwork but I'm sure there are other members that will benefit from your link. Thank you for sharing.

I don't have a 3D printer either but a colleague can help with that, however I need to provide him with the designs to print at the very least.

My intention is to somehow build an AT case for my 486 and Super socket 7 Boards. I have 4x 486 boards and 2x SS7 boards that all need a case.
At a bare minimum, a box with holes for the AT keyboard, buttons, LED's and expansion cards as sell as the power supply would suffice. I don't really need CD-ROM or Floppy drives although it would be preferable.

You can also get io shields to fit AT motherboard into an ATX case, then just use AT- ATX psu adapter and change the power button to a toggle, fairly inexpensive way of doing it.

Yes, that's a decent option as well, although finding a case that has the correct mounting holes for an old AT board can be challenging s well. Most of my cases don't have mounting holes in the correct place but I have at least two that do.
