Welcome!
The sound card is based on the ESS Solo-1. Some drivers can be found here:

The video card is a Number Nine SR9, based on the S3 Savage 4 or Savage 4LT.
I haven't really used the Number Nine drivers myself, but an assortment of those can be found here:
https://www.dosdays.co.uk/topics/Manufacturer … wnloads.php#SR9
Otherwise, some more up to date drivers meant for the Savage 4 chip on the SR9 can be found here and they should work as well (though the #9 ones may provide a couple extra non-gaming related features):

EDIT: Also, you should be able to find a large assortment of drivers for either of them at the VOGONS Vintage Driver Library too:

Just to be sure, i did follow the link to the 9 driver and it downloaded as an exe as the site says. Does that mean i don't need a program to handle zips on the PC itself? It will just execute the install?

Most likely it will just install. For dealing with compressed files in the future though, I highly recommend getting 7zip. I'm not sure exactly what OS you are using, but on Windows 98SE I always use 7zip 9.20. It is one of the last versions that works natively on Windows 9x.
ok great thank you again!
