The game works in fullscreen (in windowed mode it doesn't work)

but if I want to force resolution, there is problem of two windows dispayed and cursor disappear (I have tried many option and same problem)

with ddrawcompact, there is no problem.

I would like to increase image because (the max resolution of game is 1024x768) it's too little by default (icons, text etc).
