I'd like to make my "Retro rig" functional again, but not with a vintage mainboard.

Are there any "recent" motherboards with ISA slots which cost under $200?

I'll need it to fit in an IBM XT case, support a CPU fast enough for Windows 98 games, and ideally have IDE headers and a dual floppy connector.
