It dump to file with size 32kb . (probably , it dump to file with 64kb size . )

Important: Your card mus look same as my with DIP DRAM, not ZIP-VRAM.

This is my card:

I said: dump looks good. checksum is good and 32kb size is common.
But my card refused to starting. It show with MACH32 VRAM white pictures with blinking cursor. Their dump has size of 64kb

Now i know why: really 64kb ROM dump is required.
Only one solution: pull rom and read him with programmer.

I don't want trow this rare ATI card away..

I have an EISA version with VRAM.
Its BIOS doesn't have builtin VESA support.
I need a DOS driver on that machine.

ROM from Mach32 VRAM doesn't work on Mach32 DRAM...

DRAM-ROM dump on last site is not complete (because shadowed area isn't dumped ) 🙁

I have these two Mach32 ISA cards, apparently they're not the exact same type as yours. But one of them seems to use DRAM. I suppose I can dump the bios from either of these using TL866II. Would that help you?

Upper card... you can dump ROM. (ROM Dump by TL866 and consorte, NSSI-Dump or other solution -> doesn't work, because we need shadowed memory area of ROM)
But i don't believe, that it works. It is worth to try.

Ok, I dumped both ROM chips of the first one, see the attached zip file. The ROM chips are Microchip 27C256.

Sad, it works not correct. (white pic, same as with ROM from VRAM card..)

I think, i trow ati mach32 dram soon in e-waste.. if i don't find excat this ROM...

I ask again after ROM for ATI Mach 32 DRAM ISA aka Graphics Ultra+ ISA .
But: ROM must dumped with programmer and not NSSI or similar (because half is shadowed )

Could you pretty please dump the BIOS for the card on the bottom of your post for me? I got the exact same card but w/o BIOS chips. I'd love to bring it to life again.

Sure. I have also recently received another card that is the same, but possibly slightly newer, according to years on chips and numbers on the BIOS chips:

I'm attaching both.
- BIOS from the newer card:

- BIOS from the older card (pic in the previous post):

The BIOS chips are all same brand and model: ST M27C256B-12F1

Also, none of these cards worked unless I switched all the DIP switches to OFF (upper) position.

Today I burned the BIOS for the newer card and this brought back my card to life. VOGONS rocks!

Here is ROM Dump for MACH 32 DRAM ISA (like as my card) (not Mach 32 ISA VRAM )

my card is a bit faulty (cold start works only with ice spray) but ROM dump works.
