I got this board (https://theretroweb.com/motherboards/s/jetway-j-530bf) for pretty cheap (for parts / not working). It's a very late super socket 7 with onboard AGP and audio. In fact, it's so late, it got hit by the capacitor plague (bulging caps). Powered the board on and got a nice explosion from one of the capacitors. I replaced all the 1500 caps. Luckly the exploding cap didn't damage anything else on the board and she's working perfectly now. Got a nice soapy bath too 😉

The manual advertises amazing DOS audio compatibility.

What's interesting is that it has a unsoldered SBLink header.

My question is, where can I get a cable that plugs into the audio header on the motherboard and goes to a 3.5mm (female) standard audio jack. Preferable connected to a PCI style bracket so it looks like you're plugging into a normal sound card?

You have to find game/MIDI port + sound jacks bracket like this one:

The pictured one is for PCChips mobo, I don't know if those brackets from different manufacturers are interchangeable/pin compatible.

P.S. You have the pinouts for the motherboard's connectors, so you can also make your own connectors bracket.

That is exactly what I need. Thank you for the pictures.

I’ve been looking around for different options.

This would probably work but doesn’t sit in a nice PCI style bracket https://www.aliexpress.com/item/1005008551304551.html

Another option is to use this https://www.aliexpress.com/item/1005005736980238.html with a RCA to 3.5mm adapter https://www.aliexpress.com/item/1005006094062477.html

Ok, I searched for some info on my PCChips M571 clone mobo and I found out that the audio connector pinout is compatible with the one on your Jetway J-530BF board:

The numbers 1-15 represent the pins of the external DB-15S connector.

Pins 1,8,9 are wired to +5V, while pins 4 and 5 are wired to ground.

That’s great to know. The problem is finding a PCChips M371 or a Jetway J-530BF seems almost impossible 🙁

Ok found someone else’s solution.

I’m guessing they used a PCB like this https://www.aliexpress.com/item/1005008551304551.html. They desoldered the USB ports then stole a bracket from a sound card.

Yeah, I guess these types of original connector brackets are very rarely sold on fleabay, even bundled with old motherboards. When dismantling parts from old PC configurations for sale people usually take out the motherboards without these connectors.

You can buy a "blank" ISA/PCI bracket/back plate from ali-baba-and-the-40-thieves, three stereo 3.5 mm jacks for plate mounting and a DB15 female connector + 10 and 16 pin female IDC connectors (2.54 mm pitch) from any electronic parts shop. An old HDD or FDD ribbon cable and a piece of heat-shrink tubing (2 - 3 mm diameter) will be of use too. Some basic drilling, filing and soldering skills are required and you can make your own bracket looking almost like the original one.

Thanks for the idea. Will see what I can come up with.
