I'm guessing they don't, since I'm not seeing anything about it elsewhere.

But perhaps you guys know another way to have it send digital audio to my HDMI receiver?

(I'm using a DVI to HDMI cable on the video card, and I'm hoping to use an "injector" to add sound)

You're not getting digital sound from the Sound Blaster. But "HDMI Audio Injectors" do exist. Just search on Amazon. Many support both SPDIF and analog audio in either a 1/8" jack or two RCA jacks.
